RefinAI lets you create, edit, enhance, and organize architectural visualizations with the help of artificial intelligence.

Results may vary depending on the uploaded image, selected settings, provider availability, and inherent limitations of AI systems.

You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your account, and activities performed through it.

Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, obtain improper bonuses, or circumvent commercial rules is not allowed.

You declare that you own or are authorized to use the images, references, and instructions uploaded to the platform.

You keep your rights over uploaded files. Generated images may be used in presentations, proposals, portfolios, and commercial communications, as long as third-party rights and these Terms are respected.

Refins are consumption units used by platform operations. Each operation may consume different amounts depending on resolution and selected mode.

Plan Refins renew by cycle. Standalone Refins and bonuses follow their own validity and consumption rules displayed in the wallet.

Paid plans and packages are processed through Asaas. Subscriptions may be monthly or yearly and generate recurring charges according to the selected cycle.

Cancellations made through the wallet end recurrence at the provider while keeping access until the end of the paid cycle when applicable. Refunds, chargebacks, or payment failures may suspend benefits and remove Refins linked to the affected charge.

You must not use the platform for illegal, violent, discriminatory, pornographic, deceptive content, content that violates third-party rights, or attempts to bypass security, limits, and billing.

It is also prohibited to attempt to extract internal prompts, reverse engineer, automate abuse, exploit vulnerabilities, or access other users' data.

We work to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, external providers, or events outside our control.

We may change features, prices, limits, and commercial rules, preserving relevant information for users when the change impacts active plans.

RefinAI is a creative support tool and does not replace technical, legal, copyright, or professional review of the architectural project.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RefinAI's liability is limited to amounts paid by the user in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, security risk, or legal obligation.

You may stop using the service and request data deletion. The account is immediately blocked and final deletion/anonymization follows a 15-day operational window, preserving only records required for legal, financial, anti-fraud, audit, or legal defense purposes.

Personal data processing follows the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and applicable consent controls. RefinAI does not sell personal data or use data for cross-context behavioral advertising in the MVP.

Requests for access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, consent revocation, and privacy matters should be sent to contato@userefinai.com or through the controls available in the platform.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Before any dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution through the available contact channels.
